Britton & Hecla UMC’s

If you would like to bring flowers to enhance our worship space on Easter Sunday in memory of honor of someone; please let Pastor know (294-7388) or Judy P. (294-5862) by March 25^th so they may be included in the worship folder.

Attention Men!!  A Men’s Bible Study titled “Not a Fan” will begin on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 7:30pm at Claremont UMC. The study will meet every other Tuesday for this six week study. Men from all three churches are invited to participate in this dynamic study on our relationship with God. Please let Pastor Nancy know if you will be participating by March 26^th so the books may be ordered in advance.

**Holy Week Services.

There will be a time of reflection/meditation with Pastor and then sharing in the Sacrament of Holy Communion at each church. You may come and go during the allotted times at each church.

 On Maundy Thursday the reflection time will be

Britton UMC from 5pm-6:30pm 

Claremont UMC from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

On Good Friday the time will be

5:30pm-7:00pm at Hecla UMC.

Come and share in a sacred time of reflection as we journey with Christ to the garden and to the cross.

Easter Sunday Services

7:00am Hecla UMC followed by a potluck breakfast

11:00am Worship at CUMC   (no coffee fellowship after worship)

Webster UMC extends to you and other area United Methodist Churches an invitation to attend a mini workshop addressing the issues of church finances and safe sanctuary with Jeff Pospisil on BREAKTHROUGH GIVING and Jodi Cataldo on SAFE AND SACRED SPACES. We will meet at the Webster UMC on Saturday, April 6 with registration, coffee, juice, and goodies from 9:15 to 9:45.  At  9:45  we will  share  in  a  time of devotions and workshop presentations will run from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 11:00 to noon. The address is 105 East 9th Ave, Webster, South Dakota.
