Opportunities to Grow, Serve & Share
Benefit Dinner AND Silent Auction for the Steve Glover Family on Sunday, October 28th, 2012 at the Hecla Community Center from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The silent auction will close at 1:30 p.m. Donations for the silent auction can be left at the Britton-Hecla Elementary office or Frohling Meats in Hecla. An account has been set up at any First Savings Banks of SD for donations. Steve had been fighting a chronic lung disease and was awaiting a lung transplant in Rochester . He passed away Sunday, October 15.
Our annual Charge Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 14th. Britton United Methodist Church will be the hosting church this year. A meal will be served beginning at 6pm . The meeting will follow at 7pm . Everyone is invited (Britton, Claremont & Hecla folks) to attend and be a part of the planning of the church for the next year.
