Thought to Ponder
Poverty, in the deepest Biblical sense, is any kind of brokenness, whether it be in a personal or a cultural context, that restricts people from living in the fullness of humanity that God intends.

Opportunities to Grow, Serve & Share Your Faith
Christmas Eve services will be held on Monday, Dec. 24th.
            Claremont UMC at 4:30pm
            Hecla UMC at 6:00pm
            Britton UMC at 7:30pm
Plan on attending and bring a friend as well. What a wonderful time to have someone learn about God’s love and the gift of love in Christ.

Hecla UMC has designated the Christmas tree in the entryway as the Giving Tree. Donations of non-perishable food items, mittens, hats and gloves may be placed on or around the tree. The food will be sent to the Marshall County Food Pantry and the other items will be sent to various agencies in SD.

The Christmas Eve Service offering will be given to a mission project.
Claremont & Hecla UMC’s will be sending theirs to the Marshall County Food Pantry; Britton UMC will be sending theirs to Heifer International. Prayerfully consider how God is calling you to respond to these needs.
