This retreat is for ages kindergarten through fifth grade and for those in sixth grade and adults. This is an interactive study and is fun and will help you grow in your knowledge of the Old Testament. You will be mightily blessed by this retreat. Registration forms are now available for the event on the tables in the entryway. You may also contact Marcia Haaland or Carol Bush for additional information. Childcare will be available at First Presbyterian Church that day. Scholarships are available to help cover the cost of the retreat. 6th grade through adult $20, First grade through 5th grade $15.

Lent is just around the corner. Ash Wednesday is on February 22nd. We will be having Lenten services each Wednesday through the season of Lent at . The services will rotate between the churches and will be preceded by a light meal. Mark your calendars and plan on attending this time of preparation for the celebration of Easter. All churches are invited and encouraged to participate each week at the host church.

Save the Date: Britton UMW invites you to a Spring Brunch, on Saturday, March 24 at . Guest speaker will be Holly Hoffman, from Eureka, SD, who was a contestant on the TV program “Survivor”. Her message will be inspiring and exciting. There is no cost for the brunch.

God’s love has produced many miracles, large and small. One of these is the life sustaining power of blood. We have the ability to share this miracle of life; to pass it along to others. The opportunity to share your healthy blood with those less fortunate will be on February 13th, at the Community Building in Britton, SD. Please contact Kathy Erickson at 448-2900 to schedule an appointment.
